Foreman

Full-time CT

As a foreman, you lead field crews and oversee daily operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec. You're the link between the field and the project manager.

What you'll do

Plan and direct daily crew assignments and material needs.
Lay out work from drawings and confirm code compliance.
Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, and other trades on site.
Track progress, labor, and materials against the schedule.
Enforce safety standards and lead by example.

What we expect

MA and/or CT journeyman license; 5+ years of field experience.
Prior foreman or lead experience running project crews.
Strong plan-reading, layout, and crew-leadership skills.
OSHA 30 preferred.
