Estimator / Pre-Construction

You own the numbers before the first conduit is run: performing takeoffs, building estimates, and coordinating the electrical scope during pre-construction.
What you'll do
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.
- Build detailed labor and material estimates and bid packages.
- Solicit and level vendor and supplier pricing.
- Coordinate scope and budget with project managers and clients.
- Support design-build and value-engineering discussions.
What we expect
- 3+ years estimating electrical work.
- Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software and spreadsheets.
- Strong understanding of the NEC and construction documents.
- Detail-oriented with sharp time management.
